Secret Santa ideas anyone?

I am in 8th grade and class, we started doing secret santas. I'm at school girls and my Secret Santa person is a very nice girl in my homeroom. I want to make a gift with a poem pasted above. All I know that she loves chocolate chocolate (not strewberry though) and she loves jewelry. Her favorite color is pink and she does not dance is really flexible. Can anyone help me??
